A Day in the Life The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing leadership in the development of cutting-edge products used in the medical field. Supports HRBO (shared services) in the creation and review of all Employment Contracts. Act as a coordinator and lead for MiniMed employee onboarding from offer to start of employment. Act as coordinator and lead for MiniMed HR Team to ASKHR (shared services) including any new process, system, tools that support employees. Preparation of Ad hoc reports from Workday to support the HR function. Provide centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits, and other transactions.
