Responsible for monitoring, managing and timely resolving of Customer complaints. Proper documentation of complaints with meantime to restore is maintained as per group guidelines. Failure analysis and proper RCA is a must. Equipment commissioning and technical support : Direct or via Business Partners Timely reporting of technical complaints and product quality related issues. Special focus on Key customers’ satisfaction in the region Supporting RPSM in setting Business Partners targets for parts and service revenues Support recruitment and training of (Business Partner ) Service personnel. Support Business Partner with suggested stocking guides Support in promotion of Equipment / component rebuilds, REMAN Train Business Partner engineers to solve complex technical problems. Desktop Support & OS Management Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows & Linux) on desktops and laptops. Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and peripheral device issues. Set up and configure user accounts, email clients (IMAP, POP3, SMTP), and user profiles. Install and configure common developer and enterprise software. Configure and troubleshoot network and local printers, print queues, and sharing permissions. Network & System Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve LAN issues including IP conflicts, switch/router issues, DNS, and DHCP problems. Use network tools such as ping , tracert , ipconfig , and netstat for troubleshooting. Monitor and maintain local area networks and ensure optimal performance. Virtual Infrastructure (VMware) Deploy, clone, migrate, and manage VMs within vCenter . Monitor resource usage (CPU, memory, disk, network) of VMs and ESXi hosts. Manage snapshots, VM templates, and customization specs. Troubleshoot VM performance issues like CPU Ready, Memory Ballooning, and Disk Latency. Backup and Restore (Veeam) Configure and manage Veeam Backup & Replication jobs for vCenter virtual machines. Verify backup integrity and perform restore operations as required. System & Asset Management Manage disk partitions, formatting, and mounting in Windows and Linux systems. Maintain asset inventory including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals. Configure and monitor biometric devices and maintain logs. DevOps & Database Support (Basic Level) Install and configure DevOps agents on Windows/Linux systems. Create and manage DevOps projects and assign roles to Active Directory (AD) users. Install and configure basic MySQL/PostgreSQL databases on Windows/Linux platforms.
