Your responsibilities will include demonstrating a strong knowledge of manufacturing IT systems such as MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial network protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, Profibus), as well as familiarity with CSV Qualification documentation and regulatory guidelines like 21CFR11, GAMP5, and EU Annex11. Additionally, you must have experience with database management, data analytics, and reporting tools, along with an understanding of cybersecurity practices relevant to manufacturing environments (e.g., ICS/SCADA security, NIST, ISO 27001). Your role will require excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure. Effective communication of technical information to non-technical users is crucial, and you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while adapting to changing priorities. Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, cloud computing, and machine learning in a manufacturing context is essential. You should be knowledgeable about the backup and restoration process of IT and OT devices, as well as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Prior experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred, and you should demonstrate the capability to lead small to medium-sized IT projects from conception to completion.,
