To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in ERPNext development and the Frappe Framework. Proficiency in Python, a strong understanding of MariaDB and database design principles, and hands-on experience with ERPNext module development, customization, and deployment are essential. Familiarity with server-side development, APIs (RESTful/GraphQL), software development principles, version control systems (e.g., Git), troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail are also required.
