The Captain is responsible for managing floor service operations, greeting and assisting guests, supervising service staff, coordinating orders between service, kitchen, and cashier, ensuring timely and correct food service, maintaining service standards and cleanliness on the floor, and handling basic guest feedback to ensure a smooth and positive dining experience.
