Preparing accurate and standardized hot and cold beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
Setting up tables according to the established standards.
Taking daily beverage inventory count
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the lobby area and back dishwashing area.
Taking Customer to Restaurant Tour and Sourdough brand Explanation.
Implement suggestive selling techniques to enhance the average check value.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Adhere strictly to the established cleaning and hygiene protocols.
