You are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our restaurant premises, staff, and customers. Your main duties will include monitoring access points, preventing unauthorized activities, and maintaining a secure environment during and after operating hours. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Monitoring entry and exit points to allow authorized access only. - Keeping a vigilant watch on the premises to prevent theft, damage, or any suspicious activities. - Responding promptly to any security concerns or incidents. - Ensuring that safety protocols are followed by both staff and customers. - Maintaining a detailed log of daily activities, observations, and incidents. - Handling conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner. - Conducting routine checks around the property and reporting any issues. - Supporting staff during opening and closing hours. - Coordinating with emergency services if necessary. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a security role, be physically fit and alert, possess basic communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle situations calmly. You must also be honest, reliable, and committed to maintaining the safety of the premises. Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential for this role.
