Candidates with working experience in restaurants and hotels, particularly in QSR and fast food, are preferred. The preferred candidate profile includes individuals with knowledge of restaurant P&L and team handling, proven work experience as a manager, and a track record of maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
