The Operations Manager plays a key role in driving strategic objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving profitability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financials Drive achievement of revenue and EBITA targets across all outlets. Analyze financial performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability.
