Qualifications: ? 12th pass / Graduate or equivalent is preferred. ? At least 1 year of experience in food service or a customer-facing role is preferred. ? Experience with Macdonalds, Burger Singh , similar quick service restaurants will be preferred ? Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. ? Energetic, adaptable, and eager to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. ? Willingness to work flexible shifts, including late nights, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. ? Motivate, train, and supervise team members to maintain high standards of performance. ? Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic work environment. ? Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events while balancing costs. ? Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and operational protocols. ? Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and reporting to ensure seamless back-of-house operations. ? Ensure every customer interaction is positive and exceeds expectations. ? Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism. ? Oversee cash handling procedures and POS accuracy. ? Submit daily sales and event reports as required. ? Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition. ? Implement and monitor cleaning schedules for back-of-house and front-of-house areas. ? Conduct regular check-ins and provide feedback to team members. ? Address performance issues and communicate updates to management promptly. Qualifications: ? Graduate/ certification in hospitality management is a plus. ?
