Job Summary: As a Hotel Management graduate, your role in the QSR environment will involve managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and leading a team for smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties. Maintain inventory, food cost, and supply levels. Ensure timely food preparation and delivery as per QSR standards. Customer Service Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints effectively. Ensure fast, efficient, and friendly service at all times. Team Management Lead, train, and schedule team members. Monitor performance and encourage teamwork. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Conduct quality checks on food, cleanliness, and service. Sales & Reporting Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Prepare shift reports, stock reports, and sales analysis. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality. 02 years of experience in food service or QSR industry (freshers welcome). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software). Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership qualities and team management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
