Job Title: Restaurant Delivery Dispute Manager Location: Gurgaon & Hyderabad Shift: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST (US Shift) Reports To: Controller FAO (US) & VP FAO (India) About the Organisation: InfoSync Services (part of CogentHub) is a leading provider of outsourced accounting, payroll, and financial services for multi-unit restaurants and franchises, enabling clients to cut costs and streamline operations globally. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Delivery Dispute Manager to lead dispute resolution for third-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.). The role ensures lost revenue recovery, financial reconciliation, and smooth client operations through real-time monitoring, automation, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve delivery disputes across aggregator platforms, ensuring timely filings and maximum recovery. Monitor disputes through dashboards, track KPIs (dispute rate, win rate, recovery TAT). Lead a team of 1015, ensuring accurate dispute submissions and fraud detection. Handle financial reconciliation between POS data, aggregator payouts, and internal systems. Manage client onboarding/offboarding, mailbox management (TAT – 1 WD), invoicing, and stakeholder reporting. Prepare weekly review decks, support client connects, and deliver customized solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years’ experience in operations, finance, or restaurant/retail industry. Strong knowledge of aggregator platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) and POS systems. Proven experience in dispute management, financial reconciliation, SLAs & KPIs . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
