The Burgery In is looking for a dynamic Head Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure top-tier guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage service staff to maintain high hospitality standards.
- Coordinate table assignments and ensure smooth service operations.
- Train and mentor new staff members.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Captain/Head Captain in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Passion for customer service and team development.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
