Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, enterprise architecture, or IT solution consulting. 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple functional modules. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and performance tuning methodologies. Proven expertise in designing and overseeing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, etc.). Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (minimum three modules). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. - ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
