Experience in writing unit and integration test cases, agile methodologies, responsive UI development, and proficiency in tools like Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS, and GIT are essential. Soft skills play a crucial role in this role, with emphasis on excellent communication, teamwork, self-motivation, ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, strong presentation skills, and collaboration with globally distributed teams.
