Role & responsibilities Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality. Analyze project requests and advise on marketing initiatives. Work with Project/Account Management teams to exceed quality benchmarks. Onboard new services and conduct training workshops. Manage end-to-end project management, liaising between PM/AM layer and execution team. Ensure seamless service delivery and meet key metrics consistently. Manage delivery of 1:1 and 1 to many Emails, Fragments, Modules, Responsive Templates Establish strong client relationships, manage change requests, and track team activities. Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards. Monitor project baseline and participate in Agile ceremonies. Identify productivity improvements and guide team in technical and domain aspects. Publish status reports and identify gaps with action plans. Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans. Generate and execute onboarding, training, and skill-building plan for new team members. Assist in hiring and motivate and mentor team members. Handle appraisals and retention processes and define code review process. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years experience in CRM applications managing campaign workflows and development in email content builder. 4+ years mandatory experience in SFMC Good understanding of agile execution methodology Experience managing around 30+ resources. Hands-on experience using version control tools like SVN, GIT, or similar. Relevant Certification preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to provide value-added solution services and implement processes for efficiency
