Responsible AI Engineer

As a Responsible AI Engineer, your primary role will involve assessing AI systems to ensure adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. You will be responsible for designing and implementing technology mitigation strategies to guarantee that systems meet ethical and responsible standards. Your expertise in Responsible AI will be crucial in this role. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience, utilizing influencing and advisory skills, and making team decisions. Collaboration with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and providing solutions that are applicable across various teams will be essential. You will be tasked with developing and implementing responsible AI frameworks, conducting audits and assessments of AI systems for ethical compliance, and working with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices. In order to excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in Responsible AI and have a strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Hands-on experience in implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms is essential. Additionally, familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, as well as data munging techniques including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization, will be required to ensure data quality and integrity. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Responsible AI. This role is based at our Pune office and requires a 15 years full-time education.,
