Responsible AI Associate Manager

As a Responsible AI Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. You will work closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for marketing and customer data. - Integrate data from CRM, ad networks, web analytics, and campaign systems. - Build data models to support segmentation, attribution, and campaign performance tracking. - Optimize data storage and processing using cloud data warehouses. - Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with privacy standards. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 10 to 14 years of experience In this role, you will be required to analyze and solve moderately complex problems. You will typically create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals is essential. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor or team leads. You will generally interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. You should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions you make will often impact the team in which you reside and occasionally impact other teams. If in an individual contributor role, you would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
