Job Description

Role Overview: As a Responsible AI Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for developing strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your role will involve shaping the strategic direction of guidelines, policies, and practices to mitigate AI-related risks, while promoting transparency, accountability, and aligning AI initiatives with the organization's values and legal requirements. Engaging in discussions, providing insights, and fostering an environment of responsible AI usage will be key components of your daily activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independently and become subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on responsible AI practices. - Conduct regular assessments of AI initiatives to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Responsible AI. - Strong understanding of ethical frameworks and guidelines related to artificial intelligence. - Experience in developing and implementing policies for responsible AI usage. - Ability to analyze AI systems for potential risks and ethical implications. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements surrounding AI technologies.
