As a part of the global leader in sustainable engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting, you will play a crucial role in Emergency Planning and Response Support by verifying roster employees and contact information, making changes to the roster membership as requested by EPR leadership, querying TalentHub and/or employee regarding completed and expired training, submitting and tracking Human Resource Service Center requests for external training to be uploaded to TalentHub, and ensuring regular communication of updated roster to EPR leadership. In the realm of General Administration, your responsibilities will include supporting coding and tracking of invoices, entering Safety Certificate information into the Health and Safety Dashboard, working with project managers to compile updated project forecasts in one location, assisting with personal protective equipment cost tracking, ensuring administrative systems operate effectively within the Office, and ensuring staff at all levels are appropriately involved and informed of any system changes. You will also be responsible for maintaining Stantec's Global Data Management. You will be expected to actively participate in the Integrated Management System, including Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Management systems and standards. This involves planning and executing work in a safe and acceptable manner, undertaking all activities in a responsible and professional manner in line with Stantec Core Values and established administrative processes, and completing other duties as assigned by the Business Center Team Leads.
