You should actively engage in improving the SSE management system by providing suggestions and proposals, as well as participating in risk and impact analyses within your area. Compliance with regulatory SSE requirements and other standards is essential, and you must consider these requirements in new projects to ensure worker health and safety protection. In addition to managing the SMQ, you will also play a key role in nurturing your team's skills, supporting them, identifying potentials, and fostering their growth.
