You will be working as an Assistant Consultant in Operations Process & Analytics focusing on Warehousing & Distribution Centers Design. Your main responsibilities will include: - Meeting with clients to understand their requirements and issues. - Creating Work Scope Document and Commercial Offer Letter. - Conducting pre-design site studies and audits of existing facilities and processes. - Developing Data Collection Templates for data analysis and design. - Mapping current processes and future processes. - Analyzing Inventory and Throughput Data using Statistical Modelling. - Designing Warehousing Process, Intra-Warehouse, and Infrastructure Solutions to enhance efficiency. - Providing specifications to Project Designers for detailed Auto CAD drawings. - Coordinating with Vendors for equipment supply and installation. - Creating and monitoring project schedules. - Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Preparing detailed reports and presentations on requirements, challenges, design approach, process flow charts, and more. - Responding to RFQs for 3PL clients including Data Analysis, Resource Calculation, and Costing. - Developing Case Studies for handled projects. - Conducting site visits and managing vendors during implementation. - Inspecting and certifying commissioning. - Providing Client Servicing and Support.
