This executive role ensures delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The GM acts as the central point of accountability for all phases pre-construction, execution, and handoverleading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders such as clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead the full lifecycle of warehouse constructionfrom feasibility and design coordination through execution and handover. Establish and track project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met. Direct, supervise, and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.
