The GM acts as the central point of accountability for all phases pre-construction, execution, and handoverleading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders such as clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead the full lifecycle of warehouse constructionfrom feasibility and design coordination through execution and handover.
