Performs requirement analysis and implements simple to medium complex adaptations in Netcracker Inventory modules to meet client needs. Supports 3050 MD (Man-Days) packages annually for customization and enhancement of the Netcracker Inventory system. Designs and configures telecom inventory models covering logical and physical resources (e.g., ports, cards, circuits, services). Analyzes telecom network requirements and maps them to Netcracker’s inventory data model. Supports integration of Netcracker Inventory with other OSS/BSS components (Service Fulfillment, Activation, etc.). Conducts functional testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Inventory configurations and customizations. Creates and maintains technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and data models.
