Job Title: GEOLOGIST EXPLORATION & GEOLOGY. Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: 10+ Years. Work Schedule (Duty hrs): 10 Hrs. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Geologist Exploration & Geology. The ideal candidate will play a key role in geological field operations, resource evaluation, and data integrity management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore and assess precious metal resources while strictly adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical and motivated geologist with a deep understanding of mineral exploration and resource estimation. Responsibilities: Lead geological data collection, interpretation, and analysis from field programs and drilling operations. Develop and regularly update geological models to support resource estimation and project planning. Conduct analysis of geological, geochemical, and geophysical data obtained from tests and surveys. Provide critical geological insights to support mine planning, extraction strategies, and long-term resource management. Oversee the implementation of quality control (QA/QC) procedures for all exploration data. Prepare and review detailed exploration reports for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis. Monitor and verify sample processing records with laboratories to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain comprehensive geological documentation, including maps, logs, and technical reports. Supervise and mentor geologists and field teams, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure all geological activities strictly comply with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field (Post-graduate qualification is an advantage). Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration and geological analysis. Strong knowledge of precious metal resource exploration and geology. Proficiency in geological modelling and mapping software (e.g., Surpac, Micromine, Leapfrog, or similar). Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
