Resource Coordinator

As a Resource Coordinator, your role involves planning and collaborating with different teams to ensure that project delivery resources have the necessary skill sets for assigned projects. You will work towards optimizing resource utilization by aligning resource demand with supply and capacity. Your expertise in deployment, demand, capacity, utilization, and operations planning will contribute to achieving profitability goals while meeting customer objectives. With 3-5 years of relevant work experience, you will play a vital role in resource coordination within the Commercial Services organization. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Commercial Services PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently for resource coordination activities. - Schedule resources for client requirements implementation and support in acquiring additional resources. - Collaborate with FSO Managers, SDO Managers, and Project Managers to maintain records of all resources and their availability. - Manage talent database to ensure timely and quality standards are met. - Analyze backlogs to ensure on-time project delivery. - Maintain and maximize online databases, track resources efficiently, and streamline processes for customers. - Balance resource demand and supply considering skills, experience levels, geographic locations, developmental objectives, and financial impact. Skills & Abilities: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe. Knowledge of ServiceNow is advantageous. - Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning and professional growth. - Trainable in resource maintenance and scheduling. - Detail-oriented with effective time management and prioritization abilities. - Capable of multitasking effectively. Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. - Area of Study / Degree: Certifications (Required or Preferred). - Experience in utilizing ServiceNow's resource management capability is desirable. - Total Work Experience: 3-5 years. - Supervisory Responsibility: None.,
