Resource Associate (Fresher Candidate)

Job Title: Resource Associate (Male – Fresher)
Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various channels including job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates via phone calls to assess qualifications and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely interview feedback and status updates.
• Provide consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, or related field).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
