Role & responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the entire project lifecycle from planning, design, and construction to opening and operations of an upcoming eco resorts to be situated on National Highway-16 in the district of Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. (Land procurement completed) To undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters in Hospitality Management / Business / Tourism or related fields. The candidate’s age should be around 35– 45 years, having vision and willing to take challenges. Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in resort/hotel project management or operations. Prior experience in eco-resort or boutique hotel setups shall be an added advantage. Should have the ability to attract the best manpower for HR, finance, marketing, PR, Food and beverages management etc. Passion for sustainability, nature, and hospitality excellence.
