Purpose of the role: As a key leader in our design team, the Interior Designer will drive excellence in design conceptualization and execution across multiple markets. The role encompasses strategic leadership, vendor management, client engagement, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with the company's brand vision and quality standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Lead and mentor regional design teams in conceptualizing and developing interior design projects. Develop and implement design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all projects. Establish benchmarks for design quality and performance metrics. Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure consistency and excellence in outsourced design submissions. Client Engagement Act as the senior design advisor for high-value client interactions. Lead the development and presentation of key design deliverables to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision. Manage client expectations, facilitate decision-making processes, and build lasting relationships. Design Development Oversee the conceptual design phases of projects, ensuring alignment with brand and market standards. Validate design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and market relevance, including input on material selection. Drive product selection and innovation, exploring new materials, styles, and design trends. Technical and Operational Excellence Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and overall project workflow. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols. Develop and implement strategies for workflow optimization and team productivity. Oversee the timely completion of all design deliverables within defined project timelines Skills Required Exceptional design and creative direction capabilities.
