We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to manage the construction and development of our upcoming resort projects in South Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, line-leveling skills, and the ability to get work done through contractors and workers as per architects designs . This is a site-based role and the candidate should be willing to relocate and stay at the project sites during construction and pre-opening phases. Key Responsibilities: Carry out line-leveling, site marking, and layout work as per architects’ drawings and structural plans. Supervise and monitor on-site civil works including structural, finishing, and landscaping activities. Ensure execution of work as per architects’ and consultants’ designs . Get work done effectively by labor teams . Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for timely project execution. Maintain strict control on quality, safety, and material usage at the site. Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to management. Assist in execution of resort infrastructure (internal roads, drainage, water supply, sewage, landscaping, etc.). Ensure smooth handover of the project for resort pre-opening readiness . Desired Candidate Profile: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering . 3–7 years of experience in civil construction (resort, hotel, or commercial projects preferred). Strong knowledge of line-leveling, layout marking, structural work, and finishing standards . Ability to manage multiple contractors and site workers. Good understanding of construction methods, material management, and quality control . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to relocate and stay at project sites (Uchedia – Bharuch District & Wilson Hills – Valsad District) during execution.
