You will play a crucial role as an Engineer in our leading manufacturing company specializing in Speciality Chemicals & Ion Exchange Resins. With over fifty nine years of experience, we cater to various industries such as Textile, Paper, Leather, Agro/Fertilizer, Paint, Construction, Dyestuff, Waste Water treatment, Thermal Power Plants, and Petrochemicals complex. Our extensive network includes offices, agents, three production facilities in Maharashtra, and two R & D laboratories. Formerly known as Nopco India Ltd., Diamond Shamrock (I) Ltd., & Henkel Chemicals (I) Ltd., we have a rich legacy in the industry. As the ideal candidate, you should hold a qualification in engineering from a reputed institute and possess a thorough understanding of water treatment processes. You should have prior experience working in the utility department of a large plant, directly involved in water softening and demineralization, or in the design department of a water treatment company. Experience with a major consulting firm specializing in water treatment would also be advantageous. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to resin marketing and direct experience in the marketing department of Ion Exchange Resins or a water treatment plant manufacturer. We may consider candidates with a slightly different engineering background if they meet all other job requirements and demonstrate the necessary qualifications to effectively fulfill the responsibilities. In addition to technical expertise, you are expected to possess a pleasing personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, and a willingness to travel at short notice.
