Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a solid background in engineering polymers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with principals, handling existing customers, head a team of sales personnel, identifying & developing new business opportunities . This is a mid-level managerial position ideal for someone who is not just technically sound but also demonstrates strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills . We're seeking someone who is eager to build a long-term association and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with principals.
