As a Manager in PwC's Hybrid Cloud & Technical Resilience capability, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping clients transform their business with innovative technology solutions. Your role will involve focusing on hybrid cloud solutions and IT system resilience from strategy to execution. You will be required to possess technical expertise, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to lead small teams through the delivery lifecycle of projects and programs. Your responsibilities will include serving as a trusted advisor to client executives, leading teams in designing and delivering comprehensive hybrid and multi-cloud programs aligned with clients" business objectives, driving innovation by integrating emerging technologies, fostering a collaborative environment, and adhering to the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Basic Qualifications: - Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field. - Minimum Years Of Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience designing and delivering public, private, hybrid, or multi-cloud solutions, focusing on modernization, disaster recovery, and resilience. Preferred Qualifications: Certification(s) Preferred: - Certification(s) from leading cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Certification(s) from leading on-premises infrastructure providers (VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, RedHat, NetApp, EMC, Cisco, Arista) - Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) - ITIL Certification - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) - AWS or Azure certifications related to resilience or infrastructure Preferred Knowledge/Skills: You should demonstrate thought leader-level abilities and a proven track record of success in areas such as public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud infrastructure, IT resilience, disaster recovery, technical risk consulting, collaboration with clients on resilience strategies, development of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), configuration of tools and processes to enhance client resilience capabilities, communication and presentation skills, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment, and architectural and engineering exposure to various technologies.
