The ideal candidate for this role should possess substantial experience in residential underwriting, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing the 4Cs - capacity, credit, collateral, and capital. This position requires you to work in US shifts/WFO, so flexibility and adaptability to different work schedules are essential.
