Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 15 - 20 years of experience in building administration, property management, or a similar role. Extensive knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and security procedures. Proven leadership and managerial skills with experience overseeing large teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, vendors, and management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operational challenges. In-depth knowledge of local property laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Building Operations & Maintenance: Supervise daily operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of common areas and facilities. Resident Relations: Address resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide assistance with move-in and move-out procedures. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with service providers, maintenance teams, and contractors for repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance. Ensure compliance with service agreements. Budget & Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for building operations. Monitor expenses, ensure cost efficiency, and oversee financial planning for the building. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building regulations, fire safety protocols, and government requirements. Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary corrective actions. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, permits, and other essential documents. Prepare reports and updates for management and homeowners associations. Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with security and local authorities as necessary. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of building management.
