Key Responsibilities: Building Operations & Maintenance: Supervise daily operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of common areas and facilities. Resident Relations: Address resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide assistance with move-in and move-out procedures. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with service providers, maintenance teams, and contractors for repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance. Ensure compliance with service agreements. Budget & Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for building operations. Monitor expenses, ensure cost efficiency, and oversee financial planning for the building. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building regulations, fire safety protocols, and government requirements. Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary corrective actions. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, permits, and other essential documents. Prepare reports and updates for management and homeowners associations. Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with security and local authorities as necessary. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of building management.
