Additionally, you will be updating Job Statuses in Valcre, handling Service Engagements related to Property Tax, collecting and filing Residential Appraiser Invoices, pulling Revenue Forecast Reports from Valcre, and organizing AR Commentary from Appraisers. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing various documentation and files related to real estate operations. To be successful in this position, you should possess 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. You will be required to draft and manage a variety of documents and engage with clients in a professional manner.
