JOB SUMMARY (Brief about the existence of the position) Building and maintaining client database and adding new customers Convert leads to sales & should achieve monthly targets Must have a good convincing skill and network building ability Prepare daily sales report and communicate with the sales head Foster key relationships with Architects, Builders & contractors, Interior Designers devise strategic plans, identify opportunities and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary duties) Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals Building and managing a high-performing sales team Conducting sales training and coaching to improve the skills of the sales team Identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with key customers Analysing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers Collaborating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and to resolve any issues that arise Monitoring and tracking sales performance and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that targets are met Good Leadership and networking skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Payment collection ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Apart from regular activities ) Customer relations management and customer service for both Internal & external customers. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES/ GROWTH Deputy Manager / Manager FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES ( Key skills required) Fluency in English Fluency in English, Hindi, & Marathi local language Go getter – confidence levels Ability to work independently and get the business desired. Willing to travel extensively. Proficiency in MS office i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES 1. Sales Planning & Prospecting. 2. Team Player 3. Negotiation Skills 4. Good interpersonal skills. 5. Initiative & Self driven 6. Integrity QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate Preferably in Engineering or Science EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: (years of Experience) Candidate must have 6 - 10 Yrs. of selling experience i.e. Project selling in domain of Building material, Door industry, Hardware Industry People with high energy levels and positive attitude, able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization.
