Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: North East Delhi
Job Type: Part-Time / Rotational Shifts
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in a hospital setting
Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS (Registered with relevant Medical Council)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Resident Medical Officer to provide quality patient care and medical support in our hospital during designated hours. The ideal candidate should have solid clinical knowledge, be able to handle emergencies, and work effectively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide necessary treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist consultants during rounds and medical procedures.
• Handle emergency cases and coordinate with other medical staff.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests when required.
• Communicate treatment plans to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience as an RMO or in a similar role.
• Valid medical registration and license.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently during assigned hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
