Job Description

Job SummaryA Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is a registered medical practitioner with management and administrative skills who provides medical care to patients and assists consultants. The RMO's primary role is to ensure that all patients receive the required medical care and to handle emergencies on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide day-to-day care to in-patients and out-patients.Respond to medical emergencies and assist consultants.Conduct medical examinations, diagnose conditions, and perform initial treatments.Conduct daily ward rounds and update patient medical records.Supervise and mentor junior doctors and nurses.RequirementsMBBS degree.Valid medical license and registration.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and administrative skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
