Clinical Responsibilities Patient Monitoring : Regularly monitor inpatients, especially those in CCU,ITU, HDU, WARD or emergency units. Initial Assessment : Perform initial assessment and stabilization of emergency cases. Daily Rounds : Participate in daily ward rounds with senior doctors or independently. Treatment Implementation : Carry out treatment plans as prescribed by consultants. Emergency Care : Provide immediate care in case of medical emergencies. Administrative & Coordination Duties Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Coordination : Liaise with consultants, nurses, diagnostic departments, and other staff. Shift Handover : Ensure proper handover of patient information to incoming RMO/medical staff. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
