Position Summary: As a Reservations Supervisor at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar Mall Road, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes. Your role involves communicating company values and culture to new employees, reviewing and implementing new reservations procedures, and processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. You will identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room types, verify room availability and rates, explain guarantee policies, and accommodate special requests. Additionally, you will follow sales techniques to maximize revenue, input and access data in the reservation system, and address any challenges in accommodating rooming requests. Your responsibilities will also include setting up billing accounts, troubleshooting and resolving guest issues, and assisting in training and motivating employees. Preferred Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. - Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience. - License or Certification: None required.
