You will lead a team that handles hardware, networking, and cloud product orders, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve mentoring the team, conducting regular training sessions, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of hardware, networking, and cloud product orders, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts, pricing structures, and reseller agreements. Collaboration with procurement, logistics, and finance teams will be essential to streamline order fulfillment processes. As the primary escalation point for order-related issues, you will work towards quick resolutions, maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors, and align order processing with customer needs by collaborating closely with sales and account management teams. Your role will also involve developing and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order management workflows, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations. Leveraging automation tools to enhance order tracking and reporting accuracy will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. You must have 7-12 years of experience handling IT hardware, networking, and cloud product orders for resellers, with an understanding of cloud product licensing, hardware configurations, and networking solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, an analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities are essential for this role.,
