The ideal candidate for this role is someone who spends a significant amount of time on social media, staying updated on the latest trends and happenings in the digital space. You will be responsible for creating social media content for about 75% of your time at EDGY. Understanding the objectives, target audience, and key message of each campaign will be crucial in crafting appropriate copy. Taking full ownership of clients" social media content strategy and its implementation will be part of your responsibilities. In addition to social media content creation, you will also develop content marketing strategies for clients. Thinking creatively, playing with words, and writing in a clear, concise, and engaging manner will be essential for successful campaign execution. You will be tasked with researching, writing, editing, and proofreading various types of copy, including headlines and body content for online, offline, external, and internal purposes. Furthermore, you will be expected to write compelling marketing materials such as brochures and flyers. Key skills for this role include the ability to consistently deliver high-quality content with a focus on grammar and punctuation. Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail, excellent command of the English language, and proficiency in editing and proofreading are essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, and having a sense of humor would be a plus.
