Responsibilities center around supporting our Windows 11 devices via the Service Now ticketing platform You will be responsible for supporting your primary facility but expected to provide desktop support for any regional facility remotely as well We have teams embedded in 11 facilities globally that support 30+ sites in total, Your Key Responsibilities The role would also be responsible for installing/maintaining office (O365) technologies for our end users, this includes supporting Outlook, Teams, the office suite, remote connectivity, VPN, building laptops/desktops, setting up end user equipment, A/V conference setups, and any other support requirements You will be required to work with users when on site, and to also support them remotely when they are working from home This role will also be expected to take part in any number of projects they are called upon This position reports directly into the India Operational Engineering lead This is flex position where you will both from the office and home This role would be responsible for the timely and effective management and prioritization of tickets assigned to them The ideal candidate would be dynamic, motivated and able to perform independently as well as work in partnership with other teams Required Your skills and experience that will help you excel A degree relevant to the position itself, ideally: Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, 2+ years supporting a global Windows desktop environment, advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Demonstrated knowledge and ability in all aspects of a Windows workstation environment (Windows 11, O365, Azure Active Directory, Teams/Zoom, Intune and modern desktop management, Autopilot, mobile management, Device as a Service, WiFi, VPN, collaboration and conferencing solutions, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), user persona or profiles, asset management via CMDB/AD) Nice To Have macOS, Conditional Access Policies, networking services, PowerShell scripting, Digital Experience Monitoring, Windows Virtual Desktop Microsoft or Industry certification and financial industry experience a plus How Well Support You Coaching, support and encouragement from experts in your team Access to a wide range of learning opportunities to support your growth and development Customizable learning journeys to help you navigate your professional development Transparent performance-based compensation schemes Employee Resource Groups: MSCI Pride, Black Leadership Network, Womens Leadership Forum, Women in Tech, Asian Support Network, All Abilities, Hola!
