Role Overview

Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Handle structured and unstructured dataload, validate, and clean data from diverse sources.
• Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures for scalable data solutions. • Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models to address client-specific business problems. • Apply advanced techniques in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI. • Measure, monitor, and optimize algorithmic performance and solution quality. • Take ownership of the end-to-end solution lifecyclefrom problem definition to deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters/PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field. • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Predictive Analytics, or related fields. • Strong coding proficiency in
Python
and experience with key data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.). • Solid understanding of
data structures and algorithms
. • Strong foundation in
Mathematics and Statistics
. • Proven experience in applying ML/NLP/Gen AI algorithms in real-world business contexts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and model accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
Deep Learning frameworks
such as TensorFlow, Torch, or Theano. • Exposure to
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
