Roles and Responsibilities Conduct legal research using various tools such as Manupatra, Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and other databases. Prepare comprehensive reports on secondary research findings. Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs). Collaborate with senior lawyers to provide support during litigations and arbitrations. Perform primary research by gathering relevant data from public records, interviews, and other sources. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or related field (legal industry preferred). Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Master's degree in Law (LLM) from an accredited institution. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; good English communication skills required.
