Roles and Responsibilities: Contact Profiling and Database Management: Build and manage a robust database of relevant contacts, including CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads, using platforms like LinkedIn, client websites, and other resources. Audience Acquisition: Identify target sectors, companies, and prospects for events and webinars. Reach out to CXO-level professionals to promote participation in events and webinars. Invitation Process Management: Manage the invitation process, including sending event invites and follow-ups. Contact delegates to invite and confirm attendance. Campaign Execution: Create and execute effective outreach campaigns, such as email blasts, to maximize event participation. Database Updates: Enter and update customer information in the database with accuracy and efficiency.
