Responsibilities 1. Product & System Design Develop design concepts and select technical solutions tailored to customer needs Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software Develop prototypes and test concepts prior to final design approval Modify existing designs to improve functionality and efficiency Conduct site visits and perform necessary measurements for project execution 2. Research & Development Analyze market trends and customer requirements to design innovative products Research new materials, components, and manufacturing processes Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and implement new technologies 3. Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct simulations and tests to assess product performance Identify design flaws and implement necessary improvements Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations 4. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and project management teams Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and presentations Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processes 5. Project Management & Problem-Solving Manage project timelines and coordinate efforts with stakeholders Troubleshoot design challenges and develop cost-effective solutions Optimize designs for manufacturability, sustainability, and cost-efficiency Requirements Higher technical education in machine construction, mechanics, automation and robotics, mechatronics, or a related field Strong proficiency in technical drawing Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent design role (preferably in an R&D department or manufacturing company) Proficiency in 3D and 2D design software (Inventor, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite Communicative level of English Creativity and ability to work independently Strong spatial imagination and technical acumen Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
