Research & Design Engineer

As an R&D Engineer, your role involves creating and refining products and technologies by conducting research, designing, experimenting, and testing. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating and developing new products to fulfill consumer needs - Contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of product testing - Redesigning and refining existing products - Collaborating with other departments to discuss product concepts - Conducting market research to analyze similar products and functions - Understanding the marketing requirements for products - Testing prototypes for functionality and longevity - Developing engineering plans for new products - Leading projects You may oversee the entire development of a project or focus on specific aspects such as building prototypes.
