Key Responsibilities 1. Research Strategy & Coverage Build and maintain a sector-agnostic equity research universe with actionable ideas across themes. Implement top-down and bottom-up stock-picking frameworks backed by financial modelling and policy/event analysis. Guide the research pipeline across equity, technical, derivatives, and macroeconomic updates. Lead the creation of investment ideas, thematic reports, budget reviews, IPO notes, and sector outlooks. 2. Portfolio Intelligence & Advisory Support Drive portfolio doctoring and long-term reviews for HNI/advisory clients. Align research ideas with PMS & Model Portfolios (Invest@30, Value Basket, etc.) Actively support product teams with cross-vertical research data. 3. Team Management & Output Oversight Mentor research analysts and ensure timely delivery of reports. Coordinate with product, sales, compliance, and advisory teams to integrate research into business flows. Conduct daily and weekly strategy meetings while ensuring publishing compliance. 4. Thought Leadership & Visibility Conduct webinars, analyst meets, and represent firm insights on digital platforms. Develop in-house knowledge sharing and training sessions for research teams. 5. Governance & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to SEBI RA & PMS regulations. Oversee periodic compliance reporting and alignment with internal audit policies.
